    When your purchase arrives; you need to unpack and check the shipment for any concealed damages, immediately upon arrival, before signing and accepting the shipment from the delivery/freight driver. Take pictures and notate. If there is any damage, then the buyer MUST make a detailed note on the truck driver's invoice, noting specifically the damages he finds. The driver must acknowledge this by signing the carrier copy. You will be provided with the insurance carrier information as soon as possible. You may be asked to provide documentation and pictures to insurance company you must be willing to assist in completing and provide any documentation the insurance company may request. You must comply with all freight carrier and insurance company requests sent in writing promptly within their required time frame. This includes paperwork and documentation requests and in some cases, may include returning of damaged goods or seeking a repair professional.  In some cases, the damaged shipment might need to be disposed of. Stillman Co will assist receiver with claims to the best of their ability however Stillman co is not associated and cannot guarantee claims of freight insurance company.  DO NOT DISPOSE OF ANY EQUIPMENT UNTIL AN INSURANCE REPRESENTATIVE APPROVES IN WRITING!

    INSURANCE:
    Every shipment is insured for the purchase price. Buyers can file a claim by submitting related pictures and with a copy of Shippers Invoice detailing the damages to insurance. Any denial of claim due to buyer’s noncompliance of requests of information when requested by insurance can cause buyer to be held liable for losses incurred by seller or insurance due to negligence or non compliance.

    Failure to Write Down Damages On The Shipping Invoice:
    Please note we cannot file for an insurance claim that is reported to us after the shipping company's invoice has been signed and the buyer accepts the shipment. Always inspect for concealed damage prior to signing. You must assist insurance and Stillman Company in all instance of insurance claim.

    Refrigerated Equipment:
    During shipping or moving of refrigerated equipment, the Freon gas lines can come loose from rattling and the refrigerant can leak out. This issue is beyond our control. We can’t guarantee against this problem, nor will we cover the repairs and we can’t accept a return for this reason.
    DEAD ON ARRIVAL EQUIPMENT CLAIMS REQUIREMENTS & INSTALLATION
    The event that equipment arrives dead on arrival is extremely rare as we test equipment prior to shipping. However, in certain rare instances from long distance shipping sometimes it is possible from vibration etc. that something may become loose or move out of place. We want to make sure that your equipment works on arrival. If something is inoperable on arrival we may choose to cover parts cost or shipping cost to replace or refund however you must follow the guidelines below or we will not cover such problems.
    You must use properly licensed and or trained licensed commercial technicians/contractors for all freighted industrial equipment that requires factory calibration, special training for use, nonstandard electrical (anything other than standard universal 115 volt 3 prong plug electrical in US) plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration etc.
